September 12, 2024I love living at 450k. The concierge is always friendly, the lobby is always clean, and the building smells nice (resembles a hotel). The amenities are great- I always use the gym and coffee machine and will use the pool when it’s hot.Property Manager Responded

August 23, 2024Just moved in recently, but so far, it's great! The concierge and maintenance are so sweet and helpful. The only thing to be aware of is to make sure they don't schedule your move-in time for the same time as trash pickup (Monday and Wednesday mornings)!Property Manager Responded
