Pretty decent for terrible neighborhood
August 22, 2015Lived here last year - pretty inexpensive, has everything you need within the building. Off street parking is plus. She has snow removal, garbage removal. Location isn't the safest, few break ins. Mainly college tenants or straight out of college, and employed. We lived in the front, so you would hear the bar across the street but not that bad. Carpet kept clean as well. Returned security deposit, land lady was fair about it. She was nice and cared for her building. Well kept. Washer sucks but ...is cheap and downstairs.
