Cockroaches
December 1, 2024We went to view an apartment that we were interested. While we were looking at the apartment, well trying to because they wouldn't let us in because of construction. We were standing there and a big cockroach crawled straight out of the room, they said that that room had previously had a big bug problem and they took care of it but obviously they did not. After we looked at the apartment they said that they would give us a call to let us know if we could get the apartment. I waited a week for ...him to call me back and he never did, I called him two times throughout that week and he always sent my phone to voicemail. After a week and a half he finally answered and said he doesn't know if his boss had approved us or not so he would give us a call back. We waited another couple days and he finally gave me a call back and said that they went another route. I just think that they were not very professional and hard to get a hold of. Plus the apartment obviously still had bugs and they tried lying to our face about it. I just wouldn't recommend it to anybody.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
