DIRTIEST BUILDING IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD!
September 5, 2018DYRA MANAGEMENT OWNS THIS BUILDING. The management company ignores complaints until you threaten to take them to court. This building is disgustingly filthy I never see anybody cleaning the building mopping the floors or anything. The incinerator closets are overflowing with garbage because the nasty tenants to stuff garbage in there they throw food on the floor in the hallways there are flies and roaches or in the hallways and taking over people's Apartments. Then you have undesirable people who ...reside in the building and they hang out in the hallways with their friends and drink alcohol and smoke marijuana or use drugs they leave all the garbage on the stairs and on the floors of the hallway when they're done. Also, I left one morning to go to work and there was a homeless man sleeping on the stairs. There's no security in the building as there are no surveillance cameras anywhere except for in the lobby and I believe those do not work because a bunch of guys hang out in the lobby smoking and drinking and nothing has been done about it. It charging me 1350 for rent to live in these conditions if I was you I would never take an apartment in this building if I had known that this was the conditions I would not have taken mines eitherRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
