About Unit #W608 in Tiber Island Co-Operative Homes' West Tower: Lots of storage in in-unit closets. End unit- no neighbors on one side; in a quiet hallway. Kitchen has lots of cupboard space. Gas stove, plus oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Kitchen flooring to be replaced in early 2025. Tower has two elevators. Laundry is paid and in the basement of the tower (no need to go outside); it's usually not busy since many machines. Legal maximum is 3 inhabitants. Pet-friendly. Amenities: There is a front desk that holds packages for residents and emails you to come pick them up- very secure. Large pool with long hours and a lifeguard. Gym with dance studio and many cardio machines, a weight bench and multi-use machine. Neither pool nor gym gets crowded. Weekly yoga classes. Tower uses key fob or resident buzz-in entry and has a spacious, well-lit lobby, plus security guards on-site. Utilities: Cost includes all utilities. Residents have access to the Tiber Island portal, so you can advertise you're looking for parking or rent a Tiber garage parking spot from another resident there. Furnished or not: Can be rented partially furnished or unfurnished. If you choose partially furnished, included will be: queen bed frame, queen mattress with split box spring and mattress topper (all of which have been encased in dustproof, waterproof wraps since purchase); TV; couch (that folds into a twin bed and has a settee with storage); armchair; small dining table and chairs; hangers; nightstands; living room carpet and matching small rug; and plastic storage drawers. This is less than what is pictured. If you want totally unfurnished, all will be removed. Note: Tiber Island Co-operative Homes requires all tenants be approved. It is a perfunctory form. This form will be sent to the applicant if they are seriously interested in renting, and must be returned by the renter, then approved by TICH management, before a lease can be signed.
