I have been at 500 ocean since end of July. I’ve loved my time here. To be able to wake to the sunrise everyday. The amenities and just the overall immediate effort by management to make things the way they should be. Looking forward to the future living here.

Great building, convenient to the blue line. Genuinely enjoy living at 500 Ocean Ave. I just hope they don’t try and out price all their residents due to corporate greed because the neighborhood is great

I had high expectations based on the price and tour, but my experience was far from great. The management consistently changed, and it felt like the staff wasn’t attentive. I had to wait over two years true then to deal with an issue in my unit, even though the place wasn’t particularly busy. Additionally, the atmosphere is unwelcoming with the team, I’m really disappointed and recommend you do your research before moving in.

The hallway in front of the door always has an indescribable smell. It's not exactly bad, but it's unpleasant. Other than that, everything is great. Maintenance is efficient, and everyone is very friendly.

500 Ocean Ave. has everything that you’d want in a rental community. The location with ocean views, local restaurants and train station on the back premises is just wonderful. The amenities are great and the staff keeps the community safe and well maintained. You couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you to all the staff that work hard for us everyday!!
