Great Space for the Price
December 23, 2024We’ve lived at The 500 for about 18 months now and we intend to extend our lease. Our experience has been a positive one. The apartments are spacious (perfect for your cats to tear through the house). The kitchen is sizable. The bedrooms are large and the water pressure is great. The patio/porches are big and comfortable space to relax. The Management group is great to work with. Maintenance is quick to respond and friendly. The laundry room is tidy, the pool is well maintained and the new gym ...is a plus!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
December 17, 2024I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now and have really enjoyed it, the location is great and the apartment is perfect for me and my dogs. Great place to live

November 21, 2024Marbella is so sweet and easy to work with! The community is fun (especially if you have kids or dogs) there’s so many nice people that love to chat and get to know you. Jacqueline is an amazing manager who is not only professional but understands the importance of being more personal with the residents in her care.
