1st & New Hampshire Apartments is well situated between 2 metro stations (Georgia Ave & Ft Totten) in DC, with great access to the U Street Corridor and Columbia Heights (10 minutes away by car or metro)for dining, shopping and nightlife. The building is well maintained and with only 13 units it's small enough to know your neighbors (they're great,) but large enough to keep to yourself if you prefer. There aren't any major amenities except a large rear yard for BBQ's and hanging out, but the rent ...
is way below market for the area and quality of apartments.
