West Chicago Condo - rental
July 28, 2015Found great 2 bedroom 2 bath Condo in West Chicago. 1,350 sqft with stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Utilities with the exception of electric included. Also included was an indoor parking space. The Homeowners Association that our management company belongs to does a great job keeping the building in tip top shape. Managed by G.C. Realty in Bartlett, they offer online rental payment and maintenance request which are handle quickly and professionally. We have been here for 11 ...months and were able to sign an extended 2 year lease at our current monthly rate of $1,350 per month. We are retired with a fixed income and being able to get this extention will help our budget. Only downside is our condo is over the garage and you can hear it open and clise.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
