This was achieved through high efficiency windows (new high efficiency Pella widows throughout); new Mini-Split HVAC system with 5 independent zones; a new large capacity tankless hot water heater, spray foam insulation on all external walls, and other areas to seal gaps to the upper floors and outside; soundproofing and fire resistance stone wool insulation in the ceilings.
