Renters Reviews and Ratings
This place is a disaster.
March 29, 2018Very serious plumbing and cockroach issues in this building. I'm not sure why "security system" is listed as an amenity because the locks on the main entrances were broken/nonexistent in our building and anyone could wander in, as solicitors and homeless did. Very thin walls and young families so listened to children stomping and crying constantly. Cars are parked right outside your windows and alarms go off all hours of the day. Trash is frequently overflowing in the dumpsters, and furniture was ...left piled up for weeks. Worst place I've ever rented and had more problems in the first few months here than I have in all my other apartments combined. Landlord is clueless and should get out of the rental business. DO NOT RENT.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
If I coule give negative stars I would
February 24, 2018To say this apartment is terrible is an understatement. I have NEVER lived somewhere so awful. The first week our apartment flooded at night, I was just told to put some old towels down, which all were ruined. The cockroaches basically ruled the apartment. Whenever things broke, which they did ,frequently, it took at least 2 days for them to be fixed. And when I say fixed, I mean, some random men would come and look and then take another day or so to fix it. We have had leaking from the ceiling ...in the hall, our bathroom ceiling basically caved in and our toilet broke because the plumbing in this building is terrible. Oh! We didn't have hot water for almost a week, but were we informed of this? HA! NO! I had to text our landlord because we didn't have hot water and I wanted to do out dishes. I could go on with the list of things that are so wrong with this apartment. To charge the amount of money that the landlord does should be criminal. This building should be condemned and demolished! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
