July 2, 2017I lived there for several years. There is basically zero maintenance, and there are no leases. It's month to month. So, if you irritate the landlord that day, they will throw you out with less than 30 days notice. They will do it for ridiculous reasons too. In the time I lived there, I watched someone move out every single month. If you choose to move in, don't expect to be there long. They also raise your rent whenever they feel like it, and evict people based on whether or not the employees who ...work there like you or not. I know this for a fact because I've watched them joke about it repeatedly. It's not run by nice people.
