    The property's appearance is deceiving. Construction remains ongoing, and the management is consistently absent. The swimming pool is perpetually out of order. While the initial tour was impressive, the subsequent sale to a new company has led to disappointment. I'm eagerly anticipating my departure from this residence.

    It’s like okay. We moved from a dingey place so it’s a huge improvement from that but the minor things like how they manage the building is just annoying. Again, it feels like we’re living at our parents house.

Her professionalism, knowledge of the facilities, and cheerful pleasant attitude made the difference for me in selecting this property over others that I was considering.
