Love love love this place!
August 19, 2020I honestly can’t say enough good things about this building ! The area is beautiful and has so much character and things to do. The combination and shared access of the 3 buildings (50,70 & 90) allows for a variety of amenities, entrances and exits. Management that I regularly interact with (Frank, Sheneka and Margaret) are amazing and so helpful. My actual apartment has a great view of the city and rooftop and the finishes feel very luxe. The other tenants are okay & generally polite but break a ...few rules here and there. Not worth it for move in/ move out fees
July 8, 2020This company is extremely difficult to work with. The apartment itself was fine but when things broke they would tell you, you were making it up and to just deal with it. When you move in, they give you very little options for elevators - plus the elevators are normally broken and when that happens they claim they cannot help you. The move out process was absolutely horrible and I wish I had moved into another building because it was not worth it. They again were very difficult with the elevators ...and move out dates - got back to my vacate notice very late and charged us 5 extra days. They then charged almost $1,000 in fees for "tenant damage" but wouldn't tell us what it was for. On top of that, you used to get two gym memberships with the amenity fees but the amenity fees went up and you only get one gym membership per household now. Best of Jersey City!
May 8, 2020When I moved in, my sofa mover was so impressed he asked me how much it would take to rent this apartment with such spectacular views of the statue of liberty and much more. He couldn't believe it when I told him the number. The management and staff are friendly and helpful. The quiet apartment enjoys lots of sunshine and some nice winds from the sea apart from the breathtaking views. Everything is convenient within walking distance. Parking is great and connects with the building corridors. ...Elevators are fast and the building is secure. I never missed a package or delivery. Right next to PATH stations and large supermarkets with liquor stores and restaurants. This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. It's quiet with 10 large windows all with breathtaking views. Summer winds from the sea are cool so I need little air conditioning which saves electricity bills. It’s very convenient to commute to NYC because we are next to the Groves station. I love the big Sprove market right next to our building with fresh groceries, sushi, deli, restaurant, other essentials. CVS and varieties of restaurants are within 5-min walk too. The 24-hr security, packaging services, and dry-cleaning deliveries are highly reliable.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Apt 4109 is Best!
April 24, 2020Apt 4109 at 70 Columbus is the best apartment I've ever lived in in my whole life. The view is breath-taking and everyone who enters my place says so. I just moved out due to completely exogenous reasons. Don, Evan, Margaret, Anne offered the best leasing, maintenance, and management experience. Everything is fabulous and memorable. I will return to this place whenever possible. Groceries, PATH stations, pharmacies, restaurants, and clinics are right next to this place.
