This home is located less than a mile from Pearl Street Mall, Boulder Public Library, and steps away from Boulder Creek Path. This home features a very spacious living room that opens up to your kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and tons of cupboard space. Both bedrooms come with plenty of closet space. This a very pet-friendly community. We do welcome dogs and cats with a limit of 1 pet per unit. An additional $500 pet deposit and $30 monthly pet rent is required. Off-street parking is available for $50 per month. The building has two onsite laundry room. Utilities are $50 per month for water, trash, and sewer. Residents are responsible for setting up electricity, internet, and cable (optional). City of Boulder Rental License #RHL-0000080 Temporary property tour conditions: Beginning May 8th we will be conducting in-person property tours with the following requirements: 1. All persons touring the property must wear gloves and a face-mask 2. Only Aspen employees will touch any interior surface. 3. All persons touring the property must stay together. Bad Management
March 2, 2021The property and location is great. The management company - Aspen management is bad. On multiple occurrences I have submitted maintenance requests and seen nothing done about it. We have had a dryer that constantly stops working and they do nothing to fix it. The grounds crew does not do a good job of maintaining the property either. There has been broken glass on multiple occasions left in common areas until eventually it is just pushed into the grass / rocks. Not good for my puppy. They also ...do a really bad job maintaining the property. Multiple spots have turned into mud in the backyard. The plants in the common areas are all dead and they cut the lawn by just mowing anything in the yard - including garbage, plastic bags, poop, loose tree branches.
