Not a good place
September 19, 2017If you like bed bugs, non-responsive property management, and crazy neighbors, then this is the place for you! About halfway through our lease, we had an infestation, which to their credit was dealt with in a fairly timely manner. In addition to pest problems, however, the management staff never responded to maintenance requests. We had a leaky faucet in both the kitchen and bathroom, broken closet doors and sink knobs, and a plugged tub. I spoke with a neighbor who had black marks on his walls ...from the wall heaters (which we had as well), and he said he had requested the management company clean the walls and either clean or replace the heaters four years ago, and has never heard any response. Also, the amenities list air conditioning, but we had to buy our own portable unit. The laundry rooms constantly smelled of cigarette and marijuana smoke, and it started to leak into our unit. Not to mention another neighbor was a drug dealer and another still was literally crazy. If I could give a 0-star rating, I would still give one star only because they dealt with the bed bugs in a normal fashion.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Clean, affordable, centrally located and laundry on site
January 29, 2016I'm very happy living here and love how close it is to the highway for getting to work and the property is really pretty and quiet. There are even goats fenced in across the street that my kids love to visit and feed grass. It is also really convenient having laundry on site, I used to hate taking my laundry every week at the last place I lived. Loving it so farReview from Apartments.com

Okay place besides the manager
August 25, 2015Okay place to live. Good for cats. The main downside is cars getting broken into and the manager Oscar. He gets drunk out back on weekends, is super nosy, and does perimeter walks like he's high on something, which wouldn't surprise me. He's a creeper to single girls, then treats you bad once you get a boyfriend visiting. He crosses the line on being an apartment manager. Way to involved in your business, judgmental, and bipolar mood swings. One day he'll say everything's cool, then get all ...upset the next day. Very irritating.
