SUCKS!!
September 23, 2015The owner only cares about collecting rent! This 2 floor building needs a lot of work! Parking lot floods, building has old windows from the 70's, one bedrooms with air conditioning unit in living rooms only cool living room the rest of the apartment stays HOT! So if you don't put an air condition in your room you will sweat the night away! All the doors in the apartments need to be replaced so what the maintenance do is paint over the damage doors or if the door is falling apart they put ...nails in the doors to keep them together! There's so many little openings in these apartments that when your air condition is on most of the air is going out through the openings! I had a flood in my kitchen because the kitchen sink was backing up! I called maintenance and it took them 3 days to come and fixed my sink! You ask why Did I take this apartment? It's the only decent apartment that I could afford and ...well you don't know about these things until you move in. I want to leave but I signed a one year lease and I've only been here for 3 months. :-(Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
