    Best place to live nice people The units are spacious with modern finishes, and the kitchen appliances are up to date and reliable. Maintenance requests are usually handled within 24–48 hours, which I really appreciate. The leasing office staff is friendly, though communication can be inconsistent at times. The amenities—especially the gym and pool—are a nice bonus, though they can get crowded on weekends. Parking is decent, though guest spots are limited. One downside is the thin walls—you can ...

    A nice place to live with friendly staff and interesting neighbors. The convenience is great and amenities are nice. Recent updates to resident events has been a good change. They do need to work on the common area, outdoor area and fitness room televisions and the fitness on demand offerings. They have not consistently worked for the 18 months we have lived here. It is a known issue they have not invested in to enhance the community

    My wife and I are on our one-year and one-month anniversary at the 7600 Broadway community, and we love it. It is the best place we have lived when it comes to luxury living.

    I wasn’t sure about moving to an apartment. Would there be privacy or noise issues? Would the residents be friendly or aloof? Would the management and staff be attentive or absent? 7600 has met and exceeded my expectations. There have been no privacy or noise issues. The residents I’ve met have been consistently friendly and polite. The management and staff are consistently courteous and professional.     amazing, the concierge service is excellent, and the amenities make me feel like I’m living in a 5 star hotel! I’m so glad I chose 7600 for my new home!

    The staff at 7600 is always on top of the needs of the residents. Nothing is too small a detail. When packages are delivered the concierge staff gets them into secure lockers and notifies the resident of their arrival. Have never had one lost.
