    Absolutely wonderful community! All the employees are super friendly, courteous, and always willing to go above and beyond. We were helped by Brianna and she helped us choose our special home.     We're coming up on our one year anniversary of living here at 7600 Broadway and one word comes to mind. BLISS. It's a place you truly look forward to and get excited about coming home. We are ecstatically happy that we made the decision to live here! A shout out and big THANK YOU to the Concierge team who are there for us 24/7 providing service of excellence, with pride and warm greetings; to the Management team who without a doubt keeps everything running smoothly and provides us with the best ...
    timely communications; and to the Maintenance team who provides extremely fast and efficient fixes (we only needed very minor adjustments once or twice in the entire year.). I said it last year when we first moved in and I'll say it again; I can't see us ever moving out!
