Do Not Rent!
May 16, 2021If you can help it, do not rent in this building. The apartments look great in photos but you will see the issues immediately. I lived in this place for just over a year. In my time there I had issues with flies, roaches, mice, and fungus. There is only one person who is trying to do all the cleaning and repairs for this building. The courtyard is constantly filthy, don’t take trash out at night unless you enjoy being greeted by unexpected creatures. My experience here was horrifying.
