My old apartment
September 16, 2015I would like for something new with a pool and a balcony. Its so hard raising my daughter on my own and trying to find a decent apartment. The rentals have gone up so much. if I could get another place and move into and have free rent for a year it would be amazing. Mine doesn't have any of the amenities that I would like. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone to be honest.Review from Apartments.com

August 9, 2015There to many section 8 people. They r rude throw their trash every where. Its really not a good neighborhood for my daughter and myself. My neoghbors above me are sweet but everyone else isn't. I was hoping it was going to get better but it hasnt. The owner doesnt care about her tenants just as long as shes making her buck. Its a pig stie. Its all i can afford at this time raising my daighter by myself. I wish i could find a better community with a pool and raise my daughter in Roseville.
