BEWARE NO HEAT
November 18, 2019The landlord does not give any heat. It is freezing here. You have to sleep with a coat on. If you work!! Do not rent here because the cold temperature in the building will prevent you from getting out of bed. The super is afraid to turn on the heat because he does not want to lose his job. Be prepared for running nose ,cold hands, and cold feet if you decide to rent here.Review from Apartments.com

September 22, 2017The building is in poor condition. The landlord converts one bedroom apartment into two bedrooms and 2 bedrooms into 3 or 4 bedrooms. The landlord increases the rent after making quick and cheap renovations. The entire building has rats, roaches, flies, and other rodents. The landlord does not make repairs. The landlord does not respond to calls or return calls. The superintendent does not maintain the building clean. The superintendent is not capable of making most necessary repairs. September 6, 2017This building is infested with rats.The rats are the sizes of cats. The rats make holes in the walls. The manager of the building is disrespectful. The rent is expensive. Necessary repairs are not made.Review from Apartments.com
