Cheap but full of ants and old appliances
June 18, 2024When I moved in, the oven did not work, shower head was leaking. Walls are gypsum so good luck hanging stuff. Extremely humid, needed to buy a dehumidifier or run AC 24/7. Ants keep getting in all the time -- can't leave anything out. Furthermore, the management will charge you $50/mo if you don't bring your own renter's insurance. For what? Ants. It is cheap though. If you can afford it, I'd stay awayReview from Apartments.com
