The kitchen is open to the living room and faces the patio for enjoyment of the nice seasons and of the wood-burning fireplace in winter. The ceiling fan in the living room is great for air circulation of heat in winter and cool air in summer. There are windows with mini blinds in every room for day lighting and fresh air. The floors are beautiful light wood laminate throughout the living room and bedroom, and there is tile in the kitchen and bathroom. A stack washer/dryer unit is in a closet in the kitchen nook area. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination with a large oval tub with step-up/down-into feature, and a nice vanity area with ample marble counter space, a large mirror, and large under-sink cabinets for storage. The bedroom is a good size for either a king or queen bed and dresser or two. There is another ceiling fan and a lighted walk-in closet with double hanger rods and closet organizer systems for additional storage. There is also a 5' x 4' secure storage closet off the balcony for seasonal items. The unit just received a fresh coat of paint and a new Kitchen Vinyl floor. This is a quiet neighborhood with mostly owner tenants, and neighbors that are friendly, but never bothersome. The grounds are landscaped and are kept neat and clean by the condo association, which is also great about keeping snow and ice cleaned up during winter. There is one marked and reserved parking space for the unit which is very close to the unit itself. There are additional unmarked spaces available for visitors near the unit, and lots of StreetSide parking if needed.
