The upgraded appliances are a huge plus, making the kitchen modern and functional. The flooring is also really nice—both stylish and easy to maintain. Love Lafayette Apartments
January 29, 2024Absolutely fantastic experience living at Lafayette Apartments. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff, especially the property manager Yvonne, the cleanliness of the grounds, and the overall ambiance of the community. The amenities are top-notch, including the well-equipped fitness center, sparkling swimming pool, and beautifully landscaped common areas perfect for relaxing or socializing. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and filled with ...natural light, making it a joy to come home to every day. Don’t consider living here.
October 6, 2023Roach infestation, Rat infestation, Rude customer service. Whenever someone goes to the main office to report all these problems they simply shrug it off and don’t attain to the responsibility at all, They act like they can’t do anything about it. All of the neighborhood suffers from all of these problems and have made many complaints, Lafayette Apartments should get the health department of Fairfax county involved, these are the worst living conditions one could experience.Property Manager Responded

August 16, 2023I have lived here for years. Management is attentive to maintenance concerns, keeps grounds in good appearance and keeps tenants updated with expected improvements. Large windows and balcony space which is hard to find in this area.
