This building was renovated through the Preservation Program of the New York City Housing Development Corporation and the Supportive Housing Loan Program (SHLP) of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Supportive housing is permanent, affordable housing with on-site support services to serve the needs of the most vulnerable New Yorkers, including the formerly homeless. Sixty percent of units in supportive housing are set aside for low income or formerly homeless individuals or families with special needs, who are referred by city agencies. The remaining forty percent of units in the building are made available to the public through lottery. The units listed in this notice are only those made available to the general public. INSECTS
July 29, 2024The apartments are full of fruit flies and insects. I can't watch television without a fly bothering me. I have submitted work orders and they have been ignored. The front of the building is dirty and full of homeless, drug addicted people, that hang in front of the door 24 hours a day. The even have a DJ that has his turn table in front of the building so that the drug addicted people can party every Saturday. The elevators stay dirty with spit and garbage and graffiti. I would not ...recommend this building to anyone and first chance I get I will be moving.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
