Management and owners are unkind
March 20, 2022I lived here for a few years (3) and never missed a payment or was late on a payment. As soon as the owners wanted to hike up the prices they created a 2 page long document with recent dates of times we “violated the lease.” They included all sorts of random noise violations and smoking violation (not true—we just happened to be the only black people left in the building.) As soon as we left —like predicted they hiked up the price a couple hundred. The supers wife smokes cigarettes daily and ...throws buds on the floor next to the building, yet somehow that isn't a violation, the actual super seems more of like a push over—he takes pretty long to get to work orders as he works 100% alone. The building is very OLD, loud —as in you hear everyone doing everything, all appliances are old—even the 1inch oven they provide. We are so happy here!
October 16, 2019This is our second time living in this area of New Jersey. We love the place, the building is clean and the superintendent is great, she is always willing to help. Everything is walking distance (grocery stores, coffee shops, bus stops, restaurants, and more). A few steps away is a little park to take a nice walk or do exercise. There is no parking available at the site, but you can easily find street parking. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. No doubt about it is a great place to live!Review from Apartments.com
Love this place!
April 14, 2019First let me start with the superintendent, she is a very kind woman and will answer any questions that you may have. The building is very clean and beautiful and the large especially for the price. I love the area it’s located in a cute little town with a pen and little shops and restaurants surrounding the building. The only negative would be on street parking and when you contact them about price it always fluctuates which is a little annoying but it’s not too drastic of a change.
