is very cozy. The living / dining area has a lot of room, though the kitchen is quite small. We had to get a kitchen cart to properly prepare meals. The AC unit works well enough in the living room, though there isn't one in the bedroom. In the bedroom, there is a large closet, ample room for me and my fiancé. I think our only gripe with the unit was the state of the bathroom when we moved in. One of the lightbulbs was shattered, so we had to replace a few. Also, a drawer was left unpainted, and in general, all of the appliances and such are quite old. I'm not picky though. Everything works fine. We are renting more as a starter unit in the area, so it's not like we need it to be perfect. Overall, it has been a great place to live.
