April 24, 2024This is a well-built building (built like a high rise) but has only 5 floors which makes it easy to access your apartment or exist when elevator does not work. It has excellent amenities including washer and dryer in each apartment and very important for me hardwood flooring instead of carpeting. None of the amenities in my apartment broke down in the past 6 years. Every apartment has a balcony, and you get your own parking place in a secure parking garage below. My studio apartment is also well ...positioned near the elevator, stairs, garbage chute and yet noise is not the problem from these features. There is also free Wi-Fi now in common places. Week points are the elevators that break down a few times a year, false fire alarms. Overall, it is hard to find a better apartment to rent. That is why I have been here for at least 6 years.Property Manager Responded

October 24, 2022Overall it’s a very nice, clean and well-built apartment complex in a great area of Dallas. The only maintenance issue I’ve had so far has been my bathtub drain clogging pretty quickly, but other than that I’ve had no issues with any other appliance. Actually, a friend just told me they were moving from downtown to my area and I warned them about this property based on my less than 1 month of living here.
