April 18, 2025Avana South Oaks is a great place for young family, many different floor plans available, and a great location with elementary and middle school within walking distance. The complex is also gated, and as informed, metro offices also live on property for additional security. fitness center and pool are under renovation. lot of friendly residents too.Property Manager Responded
April 21, 2025Thank you for taking the time to review our community! The pool is scheduled to reopen Memorial Day weekend and the fitness center is going to reopen before the end of the month. You are correct, the pool is getting new grills installed in preparation for our pool opening in May. We are also installing new grills by our gym, which is also reopening this month as soon as we complete the renovations. We will be sure to notify all our residents as soon as these spaces are opened for use so you can resume enjoying these spaces.

June 24, 2024The apartments are very small for the price that they charge for rent. Your amenities are included, but you never have access to them. The gym has been locked for almost the whole year that I’ve been here. The laundry facility looks like it’s never been cleaned with nonworking machines, the pool is never clean, but you are paying for these amenities in your rent. rodent in my wall
March 4, 2024I have been back-and-forth to Office every day for over a month now trying to get them to get pest control to get this rodent out of my wall and now it is stinking up my apartment. I also have numerous other maintenance request that still have not been taken care of since I moved in, I cannot wait to move out of this place.Property Manager Responded
