May 26, 2023I’ve called this place home for almost a decade now. The location is perfect, close to 224 and 77. Management cares about the property and its residents. Ed and Eric are great!! Many upgrades have taken place the since new management company took over, new security surveillance system, new lighting, landscaping, buildings and units are undergoing renovations. However this is a lot of remodeling going on but that is good. updates are beautiful. One day I seen the workers working on a unit and I took a look and couldn't believe how wonder it looked. November 15, 2021I've lived here for ten years. The office staff is friendly. The apartments are well maintained, as is the grounds. Rent is good considering the only utility is electric. Neighbors are quiet as is the neighborhood even theirs down the street from Amazon. I highly recommend living here. Just wish the pool was open during the summer months.
