RENTERS BEWARE!!!
August 3, 2016Renters Beware!!! My family and I had the unfortunate privilege of staying at this property. They will present a fake smile and song and dance to get you in, but after that you get to know the real deal. The grounds are kept wonderfully, If you have a problem inside your apartment...Be prepared to wait. Theses apartments have mold and mildew issues. Mold was growing on the walls and it took over 2 months for it to be addressed. They sprayed it with mildew cleaner and then painted over the mold. ...The office staff? They are pieces of work. They do not communicate with each other, They are rude, and condescending. Important paper work got lost and there was never an apology. They give you a miniature checklist moving in, but upon leaving they give you a 2 page checkout list with prices beside each item. We left the property in EXCELLENT condition, but we have not seen our deposit and its over 60 days now. We called to check on the deposit release and they give us a address that was never signed by us or initialed, they sent the check some where? I turn in the proper paperwork and they still, because of their nice-nasty demeanor have yet to rectify their mistake. If having the choice of your children being respected and valued is a priority...don't rent here. If you want to treated like you and your family matter...Don't rent here. I've been renting for years and NEVER had such a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE like I've had with this property and their management. Renters...Beware.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
