terrible
March 28, 2023This apartment complex is the worst I have ever lived in. the first two months I moved in my heat was out my storage door was broken. the kitchen stove fan was broken the drawers were broken. They will slam you with fees and not give you a reason why but they make you pay them. I had to pay a $3oo credit approval fee and they won't tell me why i wasn't approved and i have prefect credit prefect rental history. they slammed me with this fee 2 months after i moved in. The management is the worst ...management I have ever dealt with. I wished I never moved here.Property Manager Responded

Staff is very rude
July 15, 2022I went by this place after speaking to them the day before made appointment. When I got there the staff was causing in the back offices with each other. Had kids running around playing " I guess they ran a daycare in there too " I was told I didn't have an appointment , but she showed me a paper with pricing on it. I asked a few questions, she became very rude on answering them. I'm not understanding why . But that just told me that was not the place for me to live. Rude management
June 1, 2022I loved my apartment!! Maintenance was improving and very nice! New office staff some where nice, but the new manager was not so! Don’t get sick or lose your job, because they will not work with you! They do not accept any rental assistance!!!!Property Manager Responded

Welcome to Rudeland
April 27, 2022One of the only good things about these apartments is that they are somehow soundproof enabled, other than that, management for this property will try to trick you into signing the lease, staff gets paid bonuses to rent out units. Once you're in the lease, they will not hesitate to not help you when needed, maintenance will take forever to come to your unit and most times will complete a work order without ever showing up at the place. Management and most staff are rude and lack courtesy and ...customer service skills. Roaches do show up at times and the smell in common areas inside the building is the worst. The office is closed most times in the afternoon and Mirela will not hesitate to call the cops on you. Definitely a very rude lady. These apartments are not renovated as they advertise, MAKE SURE TO CHECK EVERYTHING prior to signing the lease, they will rip you off...Property Manager Responded

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
December 15, 2020THE WORST !! Terrible management. Lie about completing work orders, never call back, new management all the time and always worse than the last. Extreme rodent issues!!! Issues with rent.
December 15, 2019The premium apartments are very nice and all the residents are very nice. This is a safe complex to live in despite the immediate surrounding area. I had issues on move in day. The apartment I was supposed to be in had not been cleaned yet and was not the same apartment I was showed in my tour. It was an absolute disaster and I demanded a different apartment ASAP. I got to move to the premium apartment with a refund and after a lot of fighting with the manager. The office does not accept my bank ...account so for multiple months I was being charged fees for non-sufficient funds and I was told I would be reimbursed and I have yet to see that money. I now have to go to Walmart to pay my rent. I will be moving out next year. The apartments are nice, but it’s a headache to live here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 19, 2019Very rude! Was approved for an apartment! Paied 200 application fee, get a call back saying because at one time is was in eviction status, not evicted! And it was taken off! That I lied about saying if I have ever been evicted! Which again, NEVER have! And then was told I couldn’t get my 200$ back! Very unprofessional! And was also told a move in date, even went and got renters insurance! Just to be told I was denied! Even though a week before I was accepted!! My First Apartment
April 20, 2016Me and my other two roomates live in a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment and it is more than plenty. We are not the type to have others other, but when we do they are suprised at the place. Being right here off the highway and Bardstown Road it is very easy to get places. I love the location and all that this building and the employees provide.Review from Apartments.com
