March 12, 2025During my time here, the staff has always been friendly. Especially the property managers. Sometimes they notice things before we do and have been quick to call us to help get it fixed. The maintenance staff is always quick to reply and is always available to help. And everybody here is just friendly and polite.Property Manager Responded

February 3, 2025I've lived here for over a year and a half and the experience has been very good. The location is convenient to almost everything - Mall, groceries, Costco, etc. and is very close to the freeway for access to the city. Above all, however, it is safe, quiet and the neighbors seem respectful. Also, Kecia at the front office is wonderful to deal with.Property Manager Responded

January 24, 2025The place is calm and peaceful. Though building is old, I can say it is well maintained. Residents respect the quiet hours. On the other, you can smell occasional smoking, to which I would run into my unit to avoid it, or I could not stay long at the balcony. Staff were helpful when I moved in. January 20, 2025This place was good until it wasn't. I miss the old people. They were actually people that understood and cared about residents. Having a new prejudice apartment manager that lowered rent to my friend of an opposite race and then told me to move to Tacoma. Not only did she say that I heard her say to someone that it’s okay that they were going to be late but get it asap, but when I was late she immediately wanted to talk about an eviction. To the office holding our small apartments held up by the ...items in our house from our patios for a week because the apartment complex and the contractors can’t schedule and set out days on which units will be done on certain days. To the dog poop because other residents can’t pick up after their dogs but have them. To shopping carts that residents bring into the complex but the apartment managers won’t remove it. Anytime my friends ask me is my apartment complex available I tell them to look somewhere else. Please do not move here BewareProperty Manager Responded

November 21, 2024The complex itself is clean and feels overall safe. The staff has always been helpful, polite, and understanding.
