November 12, 2024Before making the decision to move into the community the office was always closed. However, Diana has been a big help in making the process simple, and efficient. But why is there a $70 trash fee if Im taking my own trash out. Dumpster cost that much? it's insane.Property Manager Responded

From the first inquiry to the day I moved in, the leasing agents, Jennifer and Diana, went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. Jennifer and Diana were incredibly responsive, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. They provided a detailed walkthrough of the lease terms and even gave me a tour of the apartment. On the day of the move, everything was perfectly coordinated. ...The leasing office had all my paperwork ready, and the keys were handed over with no delays. June 20, 2024Alister Uptown in Charlotte is pretty sweet if you're into the city vibe. The location's on point - you're right where the action is. They throw some cool community events too, which is great for meeting your neighbors. Heads up though, if you're not a fan of noise, the bar downstairs can get pretty rowdy late into the night. Might want to invest in some earplugs if you're a light sleeper! The maintenance folks can be a bit slow sometimes. You might need to bug them a couple times to get stuff ...fixed, but they'll get to it eventually. All in all, if you're down for the bustling city life and don't mind a bit of noise, Alister Uptown could be your jam. Just come prepared with some patience for maintenance issues and maybe a white noise machine!Property Manager Responded
