Once moving here everything from the building location to the local amenities provided a sense of comfort. The staff even provided a local help guide and are consistently providing suggestions on places to go. September 25, 2024The location of this building is good, near the MAX station. You can walk to downtown Portland in 5 minutes, or walk to supermarket nearby. The view of the Penthouse is excellent, you can have the bird view of the beautiful NW and Pearl district. Staffs are nice, they are willing to help with anything. September 25, 2024I could not be happier with my experience at Alta Art Tower. The leasing office staff were incredibly helpful from start to finish during the leasing and move in process. I have really enjoyed the amenities, especially the state of the art gym and penthouse balconies. I have seen plenty of people grilling and lounging at the rooftop fireplace. There's also a lovely work center with several offices and meeting rooms, as well as an expresso/coffee maker with tons of options. Parking is expensive, ...but that's true pretty much anywhere in this location. Speaking of, the location is great! It's an easy walk to tons of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The area is lively and nearby so many fun things (e.g., rose garden, portland zoo). The building feels very safe and secure, which is great. They do fun events for residents, such as a paint and sip party next weekend, which builds a sense of community and let's you get to know your neighbors. Oh and for those who are light sleepers like myself, the walls seem to be pretty thick. I live next to the elevator and never really hear it.
