    I’ve lived at Alta North central for almost 4 years. My apartment is nice. The hallways are dirty. The garage is filthy. Repairs have been slow. Management has changed a number of times it’s not worth it.

    Because the way this property is ran by management and maintenance. I am able to work from home and meet all the corporate standards. Corporate offices are very strict with background noise, low Internet signals, etc. my pipes burst in my closet with my hot water heater, which could have caused me to evacuate or lose power and work. Interruption management had handled it so well and maintenance was in and out in less than an hour. That was my experience so far all of my experiences has been ...
    exceptional. I love this community. I would recommend this property to business professionals because of the amenities it offers it. It could help keep one balanced. There’s a time to work, but there’s also a time to play. It’s just a nice community.

  • Overpriced & Poor management

    We have lived at Alta North Central for about 3 years. The positives are: the bar has created a community with the tenants and we have gained wonderful friendships through events (which have been limited within the last couple months). The bartenders and Sean (the owner) are amazing. The downfall to this complex is the management. They only care about putting money in their pockets. We have had 3 turnovers in the last 3 years. They nickle and dime you for everything, yet the property is not taken ...
    care of for the amount you pay. They will charge you for every little thing they can: from the parking stickers, to trash pick up even if you don't use it, carpet, when it's not replaced when you move in. We pay a fee for "security" which is a joke. Personally, we have had our cars broken into 3 times and packages have been stolen multiple times. Management says they are "working on it", but this has been an ongoing issue for over 6 months. Garbage dumpsters are constantly overflowing and causing an infestation of flies right as you enter the building from the garage. Dog waste stations are often empty of bags, and tenants don't pick up after their pet. The hot tub has been broken, but when a prospecting renter was told it was "turned off for the summer." When I asked, I was told they are waiting on parts. The units are nice, but when things break don't expect it to be resolved. Our AC was not working properly for over a year. In a 2 bedroom unit, you get 15 minute showers. Don't be fooled by the aesthics of this complex, it's not worth the hassle. If we had a choice to move out of the area, we wouldn't stay.

    From the moment I inquired online and received a call back in less than 10 minutes I have been impressed. I expressed the need to be able to work from home and enjoy life. I was told that I had options, and was patiently toured to my top three units. To my surprise I fell in love with all of the floor plans and locations. The staff had to wait for me to make up my mind. It was the most fun I’ve ever had apartment searching. I’m home!

    Been here more than 18 months and I have never seen the property in worse condition. Hallways and stairwells are filthy, and tenants are allowed to have dogs barking and disturbing residents with no consequences.
