Noise and trash
May 11, 2024Weekends with no one working are a night mare. Kids from projects fill pool. Trash every where. They don’t do what they say they will do. Management has changed three times in a year and thus use the excuse of l didn’t.say it. Apts are poorly rehabbed. Parent company in California are squeezing mgt to spend nothing. A place where your mind is at ease!
June 6, 2023I had the pleasure of living at Altura Largo Apartments for two years, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience there. Since the new management team took over in February, I have seen a significant improvement in the overall quality of the complex. Princess Mendoza is very knowledgeable and articulate with her work. No stone goes unturned in making sure you experience is top notch.The pool, which was closed for many months, has been renovated and is now open for residents to ...enjoy. The new parking policies that prioritize residents have made parking a breeze, and I appreciate not having to worry about finding a spot after a long day at work. One of the most significant changes I've noticed is the availability of the management staff. They are always there to address any concerns that I have, and they genuinely care about making the community a great place to live. The maintenance staff is also very professional and responsive. Whenever I had an issue in my apartment, they were there quickly to resolve it. Additionally, I am thrilled to see the new landscaping being installed around the complex. The grounds are always kept clean and tidy, making the community feel welcoming and inviting. Overall, I highly recommend Altura Largo Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home. Shady experience
April 2, 2023Not sure how this is showing a 3.8 star rating as the majority of stars are 1. There is a lot of turn over in the on site office. 40 page lease---many items in it contradict itself. Out of nowhere there is a transaction fee to pay rent online. We are forced to pay a 3rd party to do the job of the property management.Property Manager Responded

Great Experience

Disgusting property
December 26, 2022Trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Dog poop in the grass. People leave "trash" on the counter at the mailboxes when there is a trash can right there. Management doesn't seem concerned with the grounds. Pool has been under "renovation" and closed for 6 months. So, false advertising.Property Manager Responded

WORST PLACE EVER!
June 18, 2022I JUST SIGNED HERE, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! WORST MANAGEMENT! Before I signed, they answered all my calls, emails, and text messages. But as soon as I signed the lease, they stopped replying to me. They made many promises before I signed, like having laundry hook-ups inside the apartment, cleaning the apartment, fixing the holes on the wall, putting new carpet in, and then guess what? When I moved in, none of this was done. And now they won't even respond to my messages. This place is ...ridiculous! Do not sign here! Run away from them! COCKROACHES AND TERMITES, holes on the wall, CIGARETTE SMELL, dirty apartments, fake promises... the list go on!Property Manager Responded

Terrible experience
June 28, 2017I have lived in Autumn chase for 3 years. I can not count how many times this place has changed management or office staff for that matter. As a tenant I have never paid a day late. I was supposed to sign another lease and transfer into a bigger unit to accommodate my brother and I's living situation. Originally I was advised it would be $200 to transfer units per Colleen. Once new management occurred I was then told that I needed to put $300 and the rest of the deposit would transfer from my ...current lease. The day of signing papers with Colleen she stated we owed $197 ontop the $300 that I already put down. I told her this was not the agreement and I could post date a check. From there it was back and forth. I had already set up an appointment to have Duke transfer over my electric and contacted Brighthouse to trans over my internet. I had my entire apartment packed to move and am now being told I am a liar because I argued about the 197 ontop of the 300. Due to being "disrespectful" I am now told that I have until my lease is up to move out and they are not offering me to stay another lease due to this. I would not recommend anyone living here and having to deal with Colleen or the new owner. Ill be contacting Corporate over this issue and will happily move. This apartment complex was lucky to have tenants who pay on time and that they've never had a problem with. Most of the apartments are outdated, the electrical is a fire hazard and jerry rigged, management is beyond terrible, and there are rats. Goodluck to anyone who chooses to live here. Yes its cheaper than alot of the apartments surrounding, but I am telling you it is not worth the aggravation.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
