February 9, 2025Right now I’m happy to be resigning at Alvista Sterling Palms. The community is very quiet, at least where I am. The maintenance office does an amazing job when something is wrong. To be honest my only problem with living here is the fact we have to pay $25 for garbage to be picked up. I never have enough trash for them to take. I feel that paying for garbage pickup, should be an option, not mandatory.Property Manager Responded

January 13, 2025Moving from New York to Florida has been such a refreshing change. Alvista is a beautiful, peaceful community, and I love starting my mornings by looking out at the serene pond from my screened porch.
