December 3, 2024In my opinion, maintenance is terrible, the apartment has several things wrong and they need to be improved but maintenance does not coordinate each area, for example I have 3 months without being able to open a door from the bedroom that connects to the balcony because the staff that repairs windows and doors that has gone are useless and inept, they even left a hole in a totally different door causing a bad appearance, I renewed the contract 4 months ago and they did not change or wash the ...carpet even though I asked for it more than 4 times, each thing that needs to be repaired, I have put in the repair request more than twice or they do not do it. This is a total disappointment and if I am not going somewhere else it is because if I break the contract they charge me a penalty. This complex is disappointingProperty Manager Responded

May 9, 2024Moving from across the country was a huge task but once I secured my apartment is was easy. I was able to push my move in date a little further out to accolade the time it would take me to travel here and move in was quick and easy. Maintenance has been wonderful getting little things that weren’t quite perfect fixed in a timely manner and work very hard to get outside contractors in quickly for issues they can’t resolve. I feel very safe in this community which is not something I can say for all ...previous living quarters. Additionally, pricing was incredibly fair for the floor plan I leased and the location is very convenient.Property Manager Responded

April 9, 2024A nice quiet peaceful place to live with an adjoining park, dog park, bike path and grills. Neighbors are usually friendly and pleasant. The Property Manager is very helpful and easy to chat with about any problems or concerns. Overall, a very nice, comfortable place to live.Property Manager Responded

February 29, 2024This is an ok place if you really need a place to live right away. It's an adequate in between apartment but would definitely not recommend being a long term resident. There's so many issues that I've had to deal with and recently it doesn't even matter if there's a maintenance request because it'll take months to repair if you don't constantly bother the front office.Property Manager Responded

February 29, 2024Would not recommend. Ugly apartments that’s cost wayyyyyy too much and they don’t even let you see it before you move in. They show you a different unit that looks way different and claim yours looks like that. February 29, 2024No snow removal, icy lot for 4 months of the year, slow maintenance and one very rude maintenance man, cheap appliances, awful energy efficiency. The lockers for packages always break or are overfilled and packages just get left outside to be stolen. Terrible community all around.Property Manager Responded
