    If I could give this management company 0 stars I would. Went in to the clubhouse area for the first time in about 2 years living here to play a game on the pool table which is inside said clubhouse. Not even half way through the game we were told to be quiet because they were on the phone (manager at the front) and dealing with possible new residents. Why would they put a pool table in the clubhouse in the first place for us to use that we “pay for” and then make my entire group uncomfortable ...
    enough to not even finish the game. Can’t be in there outside the regular hours? How is billiards quiet in any way? There are so many things to draw people out/away from this complex all the way from constant harassment to complete neglect. No way this place deserves 5 stars, I’ve never felt so humiliated and belittled in my life in the last 2 years we have been residing here and extremely happy that our lease will be coming to an end in January and we will be gone. Good riddance.

  • Constant alarm noise

    August 13, 2023
    Constant alarm beeping every 20 seconds from hot water heater sensors 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This noise ia similar to a low battery sound on a smoke detector - but much LOUDER. There are several throughout the complex sending the noise through as well. This has gone on for weeks now and the staff will not address it. No quiet here ever.

  • $178 Late Fee on 2nd of the Month!!

    No grace Period at this place. On day 2 they slam you with $127 + $51 in late & legal fees. Day 3 starts $12 additional per day. And a 5-day notice is given. Rent goes up at least $200 or better per year. Don’t even waste your time.

    A real time review. It is 11:27pm and my neighbor has bass blaring through the ceiling. I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and had noisy neighbor after noisy neighbor. The only reason I renewed my lease is because rent was at an all time high when my lease was up but I’m moving when it’s up in a few months. There’s a neighbor who rev his motorcycle day and night. There’s always crickets and spiders in my apartment. It’s gotten to the point I don’t make complaints any longer, the office staff ...
    doesn’t care. I don’t recommend this place.

  • Great apartment if you don't need to park anywhere

    The complex is kept clean and the maintenance folks are always busy. They respond in a timely manner and are courteous to your privacy. Having a parcel locker is beneficial as it helps keep your packages secure albeit very congested when parcel carriers start delivery in the day. However, I've been here for a year and half now and I can confidently say that this is the worst complex I've ever been in for parking. There are so many beater and project cars collecting dust under covered parking or ...
    sitting out in shared parking- its impossible to find a spot after 5pm. I've yet to ever see a vehicle audit of the complex and when a junker gets towed, its right back where it was the next day. People treat a parking spot like its a storage unit and it seems like management does not care at all.

  • No Running Water

    I have lived at this complex for over 2 years and for the past 6 months the property has been turning off the water apartments at least twice a week. They have not given a timeline and little warning to when this happens. So if you value hygiene and cleanliness I would recommend looking for another location.

It looks nice from the curb, and the people answering the phones are nice, but if you ever have an actual issue(which you will), you'd better believe the management team is going to give you a hard time.
