November 12, 2024Overall, it’s been a great experience. Love the apartment and the community. Haven’t met that many people. So many dog walkers which I love. The only issue is no water pressure in the kitchen to wash dishes. It’s so bad. And they couldn’t do anything when they came for maintenance. Otherwise all good.Property Manager Responded

Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable. The location is also perfect—close to everything I usually go to on weekly basis, making it easy to get around and enjoy the neighborhood. September 14, 2024The staff at the front office are top tier residential agents and they deserve a raise because they go above and beyond...I was very unsure about relocating to Raleigh to Anderson Flats but Joanna assured me and asked me to just come and take a look with no commitment.
