January 31, 2025I've been at Arbor Park for almost 15 years. It's a very quiet property. I do believe we could use some upgrades in some of the units already rented. But overall it off a rating from 10 to 0... I'll give it a 7.5Property Manager Responded

August 16, 2024The move in went very smoothly. If you follow the process, every thing will be great and not difficult at all. Jennifer was great and accommodating. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
July 5, 2024The management here is terrible, maintenance never comes to fix any issues, and there is trash build up on the property every weekend. There is never anyone in the office, plus the apartments are simply overpriced for the condition that they are in. The model that they show you is NOTHING like the actual lay out of the apartments. The day that I moved in I was advised that the central air did not work during a heat advisory. Most of the plugs did not work, the vinyl flooring was not replaced but ...simply glued down with gorilla glue, not to mention the central air was not fixed until nearly 7 months of living in the apartment. Also, I did not receive a mailbox key until my 10th month in the unit. Simply l, this was the worst experience of my life simply do not move here seek elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
July 5, 2024I have stayed in apartments and not one has been as unprofessional as this one. When moving into the apartment we were told that the apartment was going to be ready in the following 2 weeks. When arriving at the property on move in day we were told the apartment wasn’t clean, didn’t have air, a mailbox key etc. While we were moving in they were literally gluing down the floor in the living room and the carpet was wet stains on the countertop in the bathroom and tub. The model looks ...totally different than the actual apartment. In the apartment we were moved into the plugs did not work in neither bathroom, and the ones that did work were loose. We received air 7 months after being in the apartment during a heat advisory. We then received a mailbox key 9 months after moving in. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND moving somewhere elseProperty Manager Responded
