About Arbor Park Village
Hello, thank you for visiting our community, we want to welcome you to Arbor Park. Rent is income based and “can” be as low as $200.00 a month based on the applicant's income. At the moment we do not offer tours but we are taking applications for available 2 & 3 Bedrrom apartments and also building a waiting list for our one-bedroom apartments. Please contact the office today to apply. Arbor Park Village is a community that symbolizes what can be accomplished when cooperation prevails. This Cleveland community is the culmination of the positive change that happens when federal, state, municipal and local government entities (both Republican and Democrat) work together with schools, churches, businesses, architects, builders and most importantly, area residents to impart positive change to breathe life back into the area. In July, ‘09 the Learning Center at Arbor Park Village was awarded Model status by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's ("HUD") Neighborhood Networks, one of a very few centers across the nation to receive this status! Arbor Park Village also has an on-site, state-of-the-art day care and early childhood development center. A beautiful community center for resident meetings and events. Central town park area with a water feature. Two children’s playgrounds and large playing fields. Sliding rent scale based on household income.
Arbor Park Village is located in the Central Neighborhood and 44115 Zip code of Cleveland, OH.

July 9, 2016Moving here should be a last resort, walls are thin, apartment is not yours it's there's, they find any reason to bill you , even though it's low income. Everybody in the leasing office is rude. Maintenance has keys to your apartment and can walk in even when your not there, area is bad gunshots every night boom boom,Review from Apartments.com
