February 13, 2025Overall I haven’t had many issues. Asides from slow maintenance and my hot water being off for 5 days or apartment occasionally flooding due to the old piping. I will say the office staff (Sabrina )and where my apartment is ,is what I like the most as it’s not too close to all the drama that goes on outside.Review from Apartments.com

June 19, 2024I unsure if it’s better or worse from my previous experience living here. There was different management back in 2017, but at least my apartment was mostly in good condition back then. This apartment was poorly put together just to get me to move in. It’s Pontiac, what do you really expect. It’s better than being homeless.Review from Apartments.com

April 10, 2024The complex needs major renovation done. It’s noisy. Wish I was made aware of all units not having closet doors because previous and current residence constantly damaging or removing doors.Review from Apartments.com
