July 25, 2015This is my honest opinion regarding the apartment complex where I reside. I enjoy the amount of sq.ft. that my home has. I love the hardwood floors. My concern is the lack of ownership and professionalism. These apartment homes have so much potential, and if taken care of properly, I would stay a long time. If you are an apartment manager please lead by example and control the upkeep of these homes. Spray and treat for roaches, lawn care, upgrading kitchens and bathrooms, neutral wall palettes, ...etc. If these are taken care of, people(tenants) will help keep these homes and neighborhood beautiful.
