    To begin, The leasing consultant, Angel, whom resides at the front desk is an absolute rock star. My partner and I visited the complex on a Saturday without an appointment. Immediately we were greeted with a warm smile and our needs be attended. We toured the property almost immediately i upon completing some basic information. First impressions: 1. Dogs are welcomed! ESA registration is very easy with a simple form that many apartments do not have. Ask Angel if you have an ESA/SA prior to ...
    moving in for more information, it will be a big relief. 2. Secure lockers for package delivery; 3. Cleanliness of the property; the moment we stepped off of the elevator to view the apartment, one careless resident left their trash out beyond the times designated, to which Angel was able to capture a photo for later notification. (Amazing to see that management cares!). 4. The apartment itself is modern, sleek, clean and located in a great area. 5. Although the complex is “outdoors” meaning the halls have openings unlike other complex’s, this helped to reduce noise and created a very pleasant experience. Had we not found a more suitable apartment to our needs prior to touring this complex, we absolutely would have moved here. Thank you Angel for making the experience so memorable!

  • Supurb living!

    I really love it here, The management at Cortland Craig Ranch, Angela and Karina, are always there helping and making time to sure our needs are met. From the move in and living here, its been very pleasant, including my neighbors that are always cheerful. Maintenance is always pretty quick and professional when there are issues in my apartment. The Mailbox Hub for package is a really big plus as well!! 5/5

  • Awesome Property!

    This apartment is in such a good location off of 121. It’s zoned for great schools, clean, and has a beautiful leasing office. The CM, Kevin, is super friendly. The pool is huge and almost like a resort—and they keep it very clean all summer. Highly recommend

    This community has it all. Exceptionally friendly staff and very responsive maintenance team to begin with. The amenities are well kept. Management organize events so we can socialize. Close to grocery, restaurants, shopping. Location is just perfect. You can’t ask for more

    Great amenities, the staff is Amazing! I dealt with Kevin super guy makes sure you are satisfied great personality. Also had a pleasure of dealing with Leal who made my move in special. Had a service call in and Mr Cantù was quick to get it resolved the same day. I looked at a few apartments so glad I. didn’t let this one past me by. Great place to live!
