February 18, 2025Overall a good experience. I feel in a safe place. The neighbors are like a big family and the management has always been very helpful. The front desk staff is also very kind, gentle and servicial. The cleaning buddies are also great and always welcoming. I had nothing bad to say. The only thing is sometimes you get tickets even if you park in the assigned park area, and no one has a crear explanation or solution for this. The area is good also and my furry friend enjoys living here too. Very pet ...friendlyProperty Manager Responded

February 17, 2025The facilities are nice, the problem is the people who live here. Every day, you find random puddles in the elevator, the elevator lobby, and random stains in the carpets. No idea where this stuff comes from, its just appears. The newest thing however is that residents are just letting their dogs leave big piles of poop in the garage, and are not cleaning them up. its absolutely disgusting. Every morning you can see the frustration in the eyes of the cleaning crew about how disgusting these ...residents are, and the things they have to do to clean up after them.Property Manager Responded
