Living at Ashford Casa Serna.
May 9, 2022I have lived here for almost 3 years now and I can honestly say this has been the most enjoyable apartment complex I have lived in. It is in a great neighborhood and has an excellent school district for my two little ones. The staff that work here are amazing and have made me feel at home since the first day I met them. I definitely recommend living here if you are looking for a modern updated apartment at a very reasonable price. great, I would recommend all to live here.
January 7, 2018We reported our cocerns they took action about them and resolved. unfortunately our lease is 6 months and we had problems since we moved in and all is fixed now after 4 months. I love the staff and manager along with all maintainance staff too. only issue is we cannot afford the new rent. unfortunately have to leave the apartment. but i do recommend all to move in I dont have any roach problem n the pest control comes on every week if you want sprayed in your apartment.Property Manager Responded

No maintenance at all
