So Welcoming
June 18, 2024This is a very well run community. We took a tour with Jennifer and she was amazing. Spoke on the phone with Emily and she made us feel welcome even over the phone. We toured all the amenities and they are first class. Everything was very clean, the complex was very inviting, and it had a very pleasant smell. We crossed paths with several residents and everyone we encountered was extremely friendly. We were very impressed with Jennifer, she knew every residents name and she just has a gentle ...caring spirit. We immediately filled out paperwork and got on the waitlist. We know this is the place we want to spend our later years and we are hopeful that we get a call ASAP. We are ready to move in now. We Love this place, we will be calling this “Home” We would have rated a 10 but it only goes to 5.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Community!
January 24, 2024My parents have lived at Aspen Ridge for a couple years now and it is by far the best place they could have ever lived in! Everyone on staff is so friendly and helpful! We looked around at a dozen communities similar to Aspen before finally making our decision and Aspen Ridge by far as the most bang for your buck! Extra Fees
September 9, 2023There a yearly activities/amenities fee of $500 which is not within your lease, nor billed. The $500 is verbal but required. The Continental Breakfast is coffee and assorted breakfast bars, no hot food or cereals and put out after 9 am Monday-Friday. The dog play area is a fenced grass area with no play equipment. The No-smoking policy is rarely enforced. Rents went up this year by approximately 16% and members of management say expect increase next year. With that said; Aspen Ridge is a ...nice place to live. Friendly residents; apartments are nice size, maintenance request are addressed in a timely manner. Our activities director, Sue, works very hard finding fun entertainment for Friday’s Happy Hour, exercise programs to keep us fit, and fun activities for all residents. Sue recognizes that residents have a lot to offer and listens to every resident with respect.Property Manager Responded

Given the abundant list of activities, these fees help cover some of their costs and support our Activities Director's plan for future entertainment! The continental breakfast is in addition to the hot breakfast served every Wednesday by our team so our residents still have food and coffee to enjoy in the morning with neighbors. Rent increases will vary on several variables but are not locked into one specific percentage and our team is happy to have a conversation regarding any questions on this. We appreciate your acknowledgment of our team member and are happy to hear you are thrilled with them and their dedication to the community. Thank you again and have a wonderful rest of your day!

May 16, 2021As we started the search for a place for my in-laws to live, we had no idea where to start and reached out to friends and several friends had mentioned Aspen Ridge in Olathe. So we visited Aspen Ridge and several other communities and it was clear Aspen Ridge was the place for them. Aspen Ridge offers a great community with plenty of activities available to get my in-laws involved in the community and to meet new people. The Assistant Manager Leah was very helpful, knowledgeable, and put my ...in-laws at ease during this stressful transition.
