  • Avoid Like The Plague

    The most recent review posted is definitely from someone who works here in the leasing office. To put it mildly, this apartment complex is horrible. The neighborhood is a bad area and be prepared to hear gunshots at night. Homeless people sleep in and around the complex or park area that they are foolishly trying to use as a selling point. Apartments have a roach infestation the likes of which you haven’t seen even if you keep your place cleaned. It’s embarrassing to stay here or invite people ...

    This apartment building is under new management and looks like they're doing a great job in renovating and making the place look better. The apartments look a lot more spacious and up to date especially the amenities in the complex: pool, clubhouse, gym, pool table, Dog Park and has a great exterior look.

  • This place is a joke

    I am in my 2nd year of living at the Bella Solano Apartments. I have requested multiple times for SIMPLE fixes like their specialized bathroom lights and fixing their tipping dishwasher without any movement from their maintenance staff which seems to be 2 guys only. We also have a sagging ceiling from when their AC unit was leaking and have been requesting that they repair it for at least 6 months. Not to mention the roach and bed bug infestation that is in all their apartments.

  • Not worth the price of rent.

    This place is all good until your water gets shut off in the middle of showering. I just can’t seem to understand why this is okay to them. Only lived her for 4 months so far and if I could break my lease I would! The gates are loud. Slamming day and night. & there’s always a water leak by the gate so you have to jump over puddles to get to the parking lot! Poor management team, they don’t care much because they don’t have to live through it!

They were aware that I was moving from IL to AZ, upon arriving to AZ my phone calls went unanswered making me have to stay in hotels (costly). when the unprofessional staff finally returns my call for lease signing, nothing is explained to me, such as AZ fees and taxes, nothing was given to me as in copies for agreement of said lease.     over my body when I slept, on my clothes, when I looked in the mirror I saw red spots all over my back, legs and face. Went to the hospital and they diagnosed me with SCABIES! And guess what I couldn't break the lease nor do they do anything to help. Its my problem not theirs. I spent over $4000 on medicine and treatments and I still have it. I later see that tenants are throwing away furniture with signs that say "DO NOT TAKE! BEDBUGS! " Bella Solano CLEAN? NO. BUG FREE? NO. HOW ABOUT SAFE? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! None of the amenities work like the gym room, looks nice in the pictures but there broken. Gas grills are never in working order, and the metal plates to cook your food on is always being taken by tenants. If your allergic to bees they have a bee hive in front of the gym room that never works. Laundry machines dirty and broken a lot of times ( imagine cleaning your clothes knowing someone has scabies, lice, or bedbugs) Pools are dirty. THEY KEEP SHUTTING OFF THE WATER! JUST THE OTHER DAY GOT A LETTER ON MY DOOR SAYING EVERYONE TO SHARE THE SAME BATHROOM AND SHOWERS IN THE BROKEN GYM ROOM UNTIL THEY FIX THE PROBLEM! As some of the tenants told me they have been having the same problem for years. And your water bill goes up. I had my apartment broken into about twice. Got into arguments with the tenants.You have thugs, scrappers and old people living with you. Walls are paper thin. Cops being called all the time. Gun shots heard and helicopters circling around. people dig thru your garbage! cops giving tickets when your car is parked in your lot. Late Fees are high and I'm breaking my lease and they want $1,800 from me!! SCABIES IS A SKIN CONDITION SIMILAR TO LEPROSY! THE 7 YEAR PLAGUE!!

  • I love living at Bella Solano Apartments!

    The location is close to shopping, the Spectrum Mall, library, park, light rail, buses, restaurants and hospitals. Everything I need is across the street. The community is always very clean, my maintenance request are completed timely, the manager and assistant give great customer service. I like all of the activities that are put together for the people that live at Bella Solano and highly recommend living here.
